Where: The campus of Bielefeld with the University and the University of Applied Science is just a few minutes from the residential complex away. A bus station with connection to the city is nearby as well as two city train stations. A supermarket and a pharmacy can be reached in ten minutes (Bültmannshof/Wertherstraße). The residential complex is directly located to the Teutoburger Wald.

What: The building has light hallways. There are one-room-flats and two-room-flats in this building which are entered through arbor entrances.

Furnishing: The single-person-flats, which include a small hallway and bathroom, measure approximately 25 m². The two-bedroom flats (shared by two people), which include a hallway, bathroom and a small kitchenette, measure approx. 43 m² to 49 m². Each apartment has a completely furnished kitchen.
