Where: The campus of Bielefeld with the University and the University of Applied Science is just a few minutes from the residential complex away. A bus station with connection to the city is nearby as well as two city train stations. A supermarket and a pharmacy can be reached in ten minutes (Bültmannshof/Wertherstraße). The residential complex is directly located to the Teutoburger Wald.

What: This building is one of the oldest halls of residence in Bielefeld but was completely renovated in 2011. The house has 419 single apartments. All apartments have a big window front, which provides sufficient daylight even in the bathrooms. Individually designed furniture guarante optimal use of space. External venetian blinds provide sun protection.

Furnishing: The flats measure 18 m² and contain a completely furnished living/bedroom, a bathroom including a shower and a toilet as well as a separate room which contains a built-in kitchenette. The furniture (bed, wardrobe, table, shelf) is individual designed. Flattypes:

    If this flat is available, the wheelchair-accessible flat can be rented to students without wheelchair needs for up to six months.

Other: The complex has a laundry kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer as well as a bicycle cellar and a community room.
