Where: The campus of Bielefeld with the University and the University of Applied Science is just a few minutes from the residential complex away. A bus station with connection to the city is nearby as well as two city train stations. A supermarket and a pharmacy can be reached in ten minutes (Bültmannshof).
What: In total five buildings stay in close neighbourhood. Three of them are student residences and from the other two buildings each half can be rented freely and the other half are guest flats for temporary living. The three buildings each have four storeys containing one flat with two rooms and one flat with three rooms.
Furnishing: Each flat has a kitchen with a kitchenette, a kitchen balcony, a bathroom (three-room-flat: also a guest bathroom) and two small storerooms. The bedrooms measure about 14, 15 and 16,73 m², the kitchens 15 m² or 10 m².
Internet: Internet access via the University's computer centre as well as telephone, cable-tv and radio connections are available in every flat.
Rental fee per person: 290,60 – 326,30 €
Application
The single rooms and single apartments are allocated via a waiting list. The flat-sharing communities look for new tenants on their own. You can find the advertisements for this on wg-gesucht.de, for example.
