Where: The campus of Bielefeld with the University and the University of Applied Science is just a few minutes from the residential complex away. The city train station has connections to the city and is nearby. A supermarket and a pharmacy can be reached in a few minutes (Bültmannshof/Lohmannshof).
What: The residential complex was put in operation in 1994 and received a new modern façade in 2016. The complex has an elongated structure with four cross-buildings, each with four floors. It contains a total of 116 flats. Of these, 80 are two-bedroom flats and measure approx. 44 m², 36 are four-bedroom flats and measure approx. 95 m².
